The Results Specialist will play a pivotal role in our 3PL team.  You’ll assist with the processing of third party labor invoices, staffing large project roll outs, and maintaining records of our third party staffing. We are looking for someone who is a team player, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and well organized across multiple software tools.

 

Must be available for either a 10 am – 6 pm or 11 am – 7 pm shift based on EST. Must be available to work every other weekend but can change based on peak seasons and workflow.

What You'll Do

  • This is an entry-level position within the 3rd Party Labor department.
  • Timesheet collection and management daily ensuring our vendors receive timesheets and approvals for services rendered.
  • Staffing Temporary Labor requests and order requests daily with the appropriate vendor partner based on desired skill set, location, and budget constraints of the order request. Ability to recognize and staff qualified temporary, contract, and project-based personnel for our diverse client expectations.
  • Assist with staffing large project rollouts maintained through 3rd Party Labor department ensuring project details, set budget rates, and timely project execution are met.
  • Assist with creation and management of reports and graphs.
  • Assist with maintaining Excel trackers for all labor demands.
  • Assist with the process of 3rd Party labor invoices.
  • Possibly assist with secondary vetting with our Outsourced Recruiting Partners (ORPS).
  • Maintain positive relationships with CP company management teams across the company.
  • Build and help maintain trust and good-standing relationships with our vendors.

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School diplomas or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in 3rd Party staffing is preferred, but willing to consider other relatable staffing experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel includes, but is not limited to: Pivot tables, v-lookup, x-lookup, formulas, merging excel sheets and data, and creation of graphs.
  • Ability to work with multiple platforms, trackers, and systems.

  • Energetic multi-tasker for high-volume and fast-paced workflow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, handle sudden schedule changes, and resolve workforce conflicts calmly and efficiently.
  • Flexible mindset ready to take on high-volume staffing surges during peak seasons or sudden shifts in temporary, contract, or project demands.
