Do you have a knack for planning and scheduling? Then you could be a perfect fit as a full time District Coordinator. As a DC, you’ll plan and schedule resources on projects and routine assignments to meet all demands while successfully achieving operational objectives.  You’ll also monitor and update management on resource allocation, identify and resolve schedule constraints and maintain an excellent relationship with employees and clients to guarantee productivity and optimized service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & organize district work schedule
  • Ensure work assignments are apportioned correctly among employees in assigned districts to maintain control of labor, overtime, and travel costs
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to Managers regarding: hiring, terming, counseling, and assigning work orders for field employees
  • Contact customers when necessary to inform of delays and/or changes in information necessary to process orders
  • Encourage business and repeat business through use of exemplary interpersonal customer service skills
  • Display knowledge of client base, computer database, and telephone system
  • Provide feedback to Management on ways to improve the scheduling systems and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management staff

 

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of relatable coordination experience
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with telecommunication and professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software
  • Must be able to interpret maps
  • Sitting at desk (95%)
  • PC or laptop use (50%)
  • Phone use (30%)
  • Filing (5%)
  • May require lifting and carrying of boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. (2%)
  • Requires extended period of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone
