What You'll Bring

  • Direct experience with data platform, lakehouse, or analytics ecosystem partnerships (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable data-native platforms) strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of standing up net-new partner programs without an existing framework to follow.

  • Experience partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Knowledge of modern data architectures, Lakehouse platforms, analytics workflows, and AI ecosystems.
  • Ability to create structure and alignment in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and program-building capabilities.
