This is a flexible ongoing position working 20-23 hours a week, including drive time. This role is a combination of training, light merchandising, and demonstrations with regular in-market travel for store visits (up to a 40-mile radius) and special events.

Minimum Pay

USD $23.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Additional Compensation

Monthly bonus potential based on program KPI attainment

What You'll Do

  • Conduct engaging event demonstrations and continue honing your skills at home using a provided top-of-the-line De'Longhi espresso machine to obtain product mastery
  • Build brand loyalty and creditability with in-store retail sales associates
  • Engage customers during high-traffic times at select demo day events to drive sales
  • Travel within assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designated frequency
  • Facilitate informal, formal, and large-scale trainings to retail associates and managers
  • Attend and assist with out-of-market trainings and events
  • Report intelligence regarding the program and marketing environment strategically for each tactic
  • Provide merchandising services to deliver POS, collateral, and products to carrier locations along with compliance verification and competitive details
  • Gather in-market and out-of-market intelligence
  • Maintain product displays and product functionality while in-store
  • Respond to supervisor requests and correspondence in a timely fashion
  • Store some supplies at home and transport them in your vehicle
  • Other tasks as requested by supervisor

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • College degree in communications, marketing, training & development, or other relevant field preferred but not required 
  • Ideally 1-3 years of territory sales and merchandising, training, or retail experience

  • Must obtain ServSafe certification before starting this position

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point applications 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Strong personal drive, positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills are essential
  • Aptitude for fast learning and ability to self-support with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel with in assigned territory and approved out-of-scope assignments as needed
  • Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
