Do you have a passion for premium audio technology and enjoy helping others discover immersive listening experiences? In this full-time Brand Trainer role, you will represent Bose within major retail environments, supporting product training, in-store engagement, and experiential events across the country. This position focuses on educating retail sales associates, executing live product demonstrations, supporting regional retail activations, and representing Bose at national events and trade shows.

 

You will serve as a brand ambassador for Bose, helping retail teams and consumers better understand the features, benefits, and innovation behind Bose products while driving awareness and sales performance across key retail partners, including Best Buy and other national and regional retailers.  This role reports directly to the Bose Field Operations Manager and works closely with retail leadership, client partners, and event teams to ensure premium execution standards across all activations and retail engagements.

 

The role requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and up to 50% travel outside of the home market for national trainings, retail events, and trade shows.  Apply today and help bring the Bose experience to life.

Minimum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $27.00/Hr.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Bose products and brand standards within assigned retail locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership and sales associates
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and hands-on training experiences
  • Conduct formal and informal trainings for retail sales teams focused on Bose audio solutions and premium listening experiences
  • Support regional retail events, new product launches, and in-store activations
  • Travel to national events, industry trade shows, and partner meetings on behalf of Bose
  • Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and demo functionality
  • Drive awareness, advocacy, and sales performance through education and relationship-building
  • Provide competitive insights and retail feedback to internal leadership and client partners
  • Complete reporting, visit recaps, training documentation, and event summaries accurately and on time
  • Schedule and manage store visits and event support through company systems and applications
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, training calls, and brand development sessions
  • Support additional program initiatives and special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • 2+ years of retail sales, field training, brand advocacy, or experiential marketing experience
  • Experience within consumer electronics, premium audio, or technology preferred
  • Experience supporting retail events, trade shows, or live demonstrations preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Skills and Attributes:  

  • Passion for premium audio technology and customer engagement
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to confidently train and educate retail sales teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently within a field-based environment
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory and nationally for events and trade shows
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required
  • Ability to adapt quickly within fast-paced retail and event environments
