At A Glance

As the Video Production Manager, you are responsible for end-to-end video creation to support training, sales enablement, internal communications, and incentive programs.  This role owns video quality, production execution, and post-production editing across a variety of internal-facing content formats.

 

This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Motorola HQ office at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago 3-5 days per week.

Minimum Pay

USD $59,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $59,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment for studio and on-site shoots
  • Record podcasts, training videos, incentive announcements, and internal communications
  • Edit video content using professional tools (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Manage post-production including cuts, color correction, audio balancing, and exports
  • Partner with Training and Sales leaders to translate concepts into engaging video content
  • Maintain consistent visual and audio quality standards
  • Assist with studio setup, equipment maintenance, and shooting logistics
  • Create formats/templates to streamline recurring content
  • Support travel for on-site filming and events (~25%)
  • Work out of Motorola Headquarters 3-5 days per week
  • Additional tasks as assigned by leadership

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • 2+ years of professional video production experience
  • Strong background in filming, lighting, and audio setup
  • Hands-on editing experience using Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
  • Experience producing corporate, training, or instructional content preferred
  • Wireless experience preferred

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong technical knowledge of video production workflows
  • Detail-oriented with a creative eye for framing and composition
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Professional, adaptable, and collaborative
