As a Web Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experience for one of the world’s most recognized technology brands. Your work will directly influence how millions of visitors engage with motorola.com across North America, helping turn meaningful experiences into measurable business results.  You’ll partner closely with a dynamic, crossfunctional group—including Creative, Media, Social, CRM, Ecommerce, and Integrated Marketing (Analytics & Operations)—to design and execute website strategies that drive performance. We’re looking for a highly analytical, curious marketer who enjoys connecting insights to action and thrives in a collaborative environment.  In this role, you’ll take ownership of our affiliate marketing efforts, ensuring programs, processes, and onsite strategies are optimized to drive sales and growth. What you do every day will have a visible impact on the company’s success—supporting company growth, strengthening brand reputation, and fueling innovation as we continue to evolve our digital presence.  

 

This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Merchandise Mart office in Chicago 2-3 days per week.

Minimum Pay

USD $55,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Own the daily management of the Affiliate program
    • Act as the main brand contact for Affiliate Marketing partner(s)/agency
    • Monitor channel performance and optimize publisher/partners accordingly
    • Facilitate proper partner commissioning through monitoring of returns, cancellations, and sales inquiries
    • Manage and optimize program elements (copy, creatives, offers) to improve conversion and partner performance
    • Consistently collaborates with the e-commerce sales team on structuring offers that drive efficient sales
    • Support regular cadence reporting needs of the channel
  • Help manage the consumer journey on brand websites and make recommendations to further optimize the site
    • Conduct regular site audits to ensure proper website functionality, and work with internal team members to resolve any issues
    • Accurately maintain website elements, including promotional calendar, design briefs, and other multi-stakeholder timelines to ensure website health
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support an effective website User Experience for new and existing products
    • Support consumer reviews experience on the website through proper third-party tool integration, product listings, and results monitoring
    • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, UX, and revenue performance across the website
  • Build strong relationships with Motorola’s key internal teams and appropriate vendors
  • Stay current on trends, technologies, and tools to inform planning and website innovation

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, product marketing, or related roles
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and sales-generating tactics for websites
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft/Google Workspace, Google Analytics
  • Experience with CJ or Impact (Affiliate Platforms), Contentsquare

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex, fast-moving deliverables and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
