At A Glance

The Results Manager will be responsible for operational management of the account team and the field staff.  Duties include ultimate accountability for the program's overall success, including key financial operations, results, tactical recommendations, communication strategies, coverage plans, and upholding program success and value. You will be able to take strategic recommendations from the Sr. Results Manager and execute to meet the program and financial goals of the client.

Minimum Pay

USD $55,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a liaison between Channel Partners corporate and the field team in addition to being ultimately responsible for managing the account and field team operations, providing leadership, direction, and guidance.
  • Manage all aspects of budget: including approvals for travel and debit cards, field store assignments and mapping, bonus attainment and review for field team, program calendar, data capture structure and changes. 
    • Manage and calculate field bonus payouts
    • Manage field budgets, track costs against established budget
    • Manage Emburse account and cards; ordering cards
    • Create and distribute quarterly blackout calendar
    • Maintaining internal field website for incentives and inventory
    • Manage field phones account
    • Manage field store mapping and assignments
    • Manage Results Specialist headcount
  • Provide strategic client suggestions/solutions in conjunction with the Sr. Results Manager; evaluate program results and impact change.
  • Have a good working relationship and understanding of functional departments.
  • Other tasks as requested by management. 

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+years of industry and agency experience
  • 2+years in people management
  • Must have an extensive understanding of client industries, Channel Partners , and the applicable industry environment

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Responds to questions honestly and in a candid, straightforward manner
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Well organized; capable of managing a large number of activities in parallel
  • Service-oriented management style- not autocratic, not dictatorial
  • Must possess strong client management, communication, complex problem-solving, strategic, cost analysis, and sales skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring, personnel development, and delegation skills are essential
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
