At A Glance

As a Results Specialist, you are the backbone of program operations across one or more of our many consumer electronics Break Fix programs at major US retailers. Your primary function is to work in conjunction with management to meet client goals through internal operations coordination, cross-functional coordination, and field team management.  This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 

What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

Minimum Pay

USD $21.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $23.00/Hr.

What You'll Do

  • Create, organize and prioritize various program materials (training, vendor, administration) in support of both account team and client needs
  • Analyze data and reformat for client reporting as needed
  • Visually review data and photos for quality assurance and utilize quality assurance software
  • Participate in generating web-based data, value-added reports, audit programs, data capturing, and/or interactive reporting as needed
  • Manage email traffic with timely responsiveness
  • Communicate program status to the client and account management
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and field team members as needed in support of the account and program
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
  • Some travel may be required (less than 5%)

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; not required
  • 2+ years of experience working within the retail marketing/merchandising industry and/or within an agency or other related environment

Skills & Attributes:

  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, basic formulas), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications 
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team 
  • Proven understanding of client industries and the applicable industry environment 
  • Adaptable to changes and able to respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people 
  • Ability to work flexible working hours with clients across various time zones as needed 
  • Ability to handle varied issues and questions with integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and in a candid, straightforward manner 
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
